1. Introduction

By accessing or purchasing from www.rangolisarees.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a valid contract under Indian law to use this website or make a purchase.

3. Products & Representations

  • All products—sarees, suits, indo-western dresses, bridal and non-bridal lehengas—are handcrafted. Slight variations in weave, colour, or embellishment are inherent to artisanal work and do not constitute defects.
  • Product photographs are for reference only; actual colours may vary due to lighting and display settings.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and include taxes where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc. All card and banking data are handled by those gateways in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • We are not liable for any transaction failure, delay, or breach occurring within third-party payment systems.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

  • An order becomes binding only after full payment is received and we send a confirmation email.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
  • Title and risk in the products transfer to you once the parcel is handed to the courier.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic and international delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Duties or import taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt by emailing rangolisaris@gmail.com with the order number and unboxing video.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: Bridal lehengas, customised, tailored, or made-to-measure garments.
  • Refunds (where approved) are issued after internal quality verification; shipping and gateway fees may be deducted.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, text, and graphics on the Site are the exclusive property of Rangoli Designs Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site;
  • Use automated tools to scrape product data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rangoli Designs Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Site or products. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, or government actions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.

13. Dispute Resolution (Optional Clause)

Any dispute may first be referred to mediation; if unresolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Policy Revisions

Rangoli Saris reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always appear on this page.
