  1. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  2. Standard processing time is 2 – 4 business days after full payment confirmation.
  3. Made-to-measure or customised items may require 10 – 20 business days for production before dispatch.
  4. Customers receive an email or SMS notification once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping Partners & Modes

  • We use reputed courier and logistics partners for domestic and international deliveries.
  • Each shipment carries a tracking number, sent to the registered email or mobile number.
  • Delivery timelines and availability may vary by location and carrier network.

5. Shipping Charges

6. Order Tracking

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping details.
  • Re-delivery or address-correction costs incurred due to wrong information will be borne by the customer.

9. Receipt of Order & Damage Reporting

  • Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If tampered, damaged, or opened, do not accept it and inform us immediately.
  • If damage is noticed after acceptance, email unboxing photographs/video within 24 hours of receipt for review.

10. International Shipping Terms

  • International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for local customs clearance and duties.
  • Delivery timelines may extend due to customs inspections in the destination country.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation breakdowns, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
