1. Purpose
This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Rangoli Saris handles requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through www.rangolisarees.com.
All transactions are subject to Indian consumer-protection laws and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In original packaging with tags intact.
- Accompanied by the order invoice and an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel opening.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong products, or size mismatches (ready-made garments).
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, customization, and authenticity reasons, the following are final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bridal Lehengas and Custom-Tailored Garments
- Made-to-Measure or Altered Pieces
- Discounted / Sale Items
- Accessories, Blouses, and Dupattas sold separately
4. Return Request Procedure
- Email us at rangolisaris@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Unboxing Video Link.
- Our quality team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, customers will receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Returned products must reach us within 10 days of approval to qualify for inspection.
5. Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, size, or defect).
- For international orders, customs duties and courier fees are non-refundable and borne by the buyer.
6. Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes our internal Quality Check, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the product fails quality inspection (signs of wear, damage, or missing tags), the item will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Payment-gateway transaction charges and shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Exchange Option
- Exchanges are offered only once per order and depend on product availability.
- If the requested size or item is unavailable, the order will be refunded as per the above procedure.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued after deducting applicable payment-gateway charges.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us immediately with photos and an unboxing video.
- Our team will inspect and replace or refund as appropriate.
- Replacement dispatch is subject to stock availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rangoli Saris and Rangoli Designs Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.
- Damage arising from improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss beyond the product’s invoice value.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes related to returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
12. Updates to This Policy
Rangoli Saris may modify this Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
